Drinks

Freshly brewed karak and our house chai blends.

Our house karak blend — black tea slow-brewed with cardamom, clove and ginger, finished with silky steamed milk.

Small plates and street-side starters.

Hand-folded pastry with spiced potato and peas, fried to order and served with mint and tamarind chutneys.

Fragrant basmati, slow-cooked and layered.

Marinated chicken layered with saffron basmati, fried onion and whole spice, sealed and steamed. Served with raita.

Rolled, wrapped and made for the walk back.

Charred chicken rolled in a flaky griddled paratha with onion, green chutney and a squeeze of lime.
