Masala Chai Latte

Our house karak blend — black tea slow-brewed with cardamom, clove and ginger, finished with silky steamed milk.

Cardamom Latte

A double shot over milk steamed with fresh-cracked green cardamom. Sweet, floral, and the drink we'd hand you first.

Espresso Bar

Kinara Cortado

Equal parts espresso and warm milk in a gibraltar glass. Nothing hidden — just the roast.

Cold Drinks

Slow-steeped, over ice, built for a Houston afternoon.

Cold Brew & Iced

Saffron Cold Brew

Eighteen hours cold-steeped, cut with saffron honey and a splash of milk. Low acid, long finish.

The sweets counter — syrup-soaked, pistachio-dusted, made daily.

Gulab Jamun

Milk-solid dumplings fried to deep amber and rested in cardamom-rose syrup. Served warm, two to a plate.

Rose Rasmalai

Soft paneer discs steeped in saffron-thickened milk, chilled and topped with rose petal and slivered almond.

Shredded phyllo over sweet cheese, baked to a crackle and finished with crushed pistachio and orange blossom.

Hand-folded pastry with spiced potato and peas, fried to order and served with mint and tamarind chutneys.

Charred chicken rolled in a flaky griddled paratha with onion, green chutney and a squeeze of lime.

Fragrant basmati, slow-cooked and layered.

Marinated chicken layered with saffron basmati, fried onion and whole spice, sealed and steamed. Served with raita.
